In 20CB there's always this sense of the reader being completely dumbfounded by what's going on, and there's a genius page-turning quality I've never felt before in a manga. I'm actually watching Monster right now, which I hear doesn't vary from the manga much at all, and I have to say I find it significantly more boring.
